Very bright and sunny apartment in Palermo neighborhood with one double bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. Perfect for couples or solo travelers! The apartment fits comfortably two people and is well equipped with everything you may need during your stay (fast reliable wifi, strong shower pressure, 2 Air Conditioners, heating, washing machine, microwave, etc). 24/7 Supermarket right in the corner! Updates 2024: new comfortable firm bed and 32'' Smart TV in the bedroom. The space The apartment is located on the second floor front, accessible by elevator. Guest access You'll have the entire flat for yourself and a set of keys for each guest. Other things to note Before booking, please ask in advance if you need to check-in or check-out outside of the time frames I offer (Check-in: 2-8 pm. Check-out: 11 am), to confirm if that's possible to arrange (it usually is). The apartment is located on the second floor front, there is therefore some street noise, but there are outside blinds in every window that you can use over night (they considerably reduce street noise)
