Bright and comfortable 1-bedroom apartment in the heart of Palermo. Just 3 minutes from the Botanical Garden, Scalabrini Ortiz subway, and several bus lines. Surrounded by restaurants, shops, and green spaces. A peaceful, well-equipped space to enjoy the city from a prime location. I’m renting it for a short period while I’m on vacation. Hope you feel at home. The space Welcome to my home in Palermo! My 45m² apartment is available for a short-term rental while I’m away on vacation. It features wooden floors and large windows in both the living room and bedroom, offering plenty of natural light and a panoramic view that will make you feel right at home. The bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), cotton sheets, and air conditioning. The living/dining room, also air-conditioned (hot/cold), includes a cozy three-seat eco-leather sofa, a TV, and a dining table for four. The fully equipped kitchen comes with cutlery, glasses, plates, a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. The bathroom includes a bidet and bathtub. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as I enjoy this space!
