This brand new studio is just about 5 minutes of walking distance from Coronel Diaz av., 200 meters from Alto Palermo Shopping and Av. Santa Fe - Subway line D. The space Comfortable and luminous studio with balcony at the back front - lovely view over the garden and pool from the building's neighboor. It is located on Beruti & Bulnes st., just 1' minute walking from Alto Palermo Mall. It has a super comfortable King Size bed, smart TV and air conditioning. A full bathroom with a bathtub. Guests will have: * Smart TV (no cable available) * Air conditioning hot / cold * Black out curtains * Full kitchen with all appliances (refrigerator with freezer, electric oven, French coffee maker, electric kettle, stove, toaster) * Closet with hangers. Iron. * Hair dryer. *Underfloor heating * Washing machine (in the building) * WIFI 200mb * Towels and sheets included. The building has an elevator and stairs. Cleaning service is not included, it can be requested and has an extra cost. For long stays, we recommend cleaning every 15 days. - The baby crib is subject to availability, a fee of USD 20 must be payed to cover its transfer - Guest access The building has the following common spaces: * Security 24 hours. * Laundry with pre paid coins.
