One block from Avenida del Libertador, a few blocks from Avenida Gral Las Heras and Las Heras Park. The space The property is a spacious single room, with everything you need for a perfect stay in Buenos Aires. It has large windows that allow you to enjoy excellent natural lighting and a blackout system to rest in a comfortable queen bed with peace of mind. A bar separates the bedroom and living room with the kitchen, which has the necessary utensils. In turn, it has a beautiful balcony. The bathroom is spacious and in optimal condition.
