Spacious apartment, new and with all amenities. Located in the neighborhood of Palermo, it is very well connected between the Santa Fe and Libertador avenues. It is a quiet street that allows for excellent rest. The building is new, only two years old, and has a gym, swimming pool and grills. The apartment has a double room, dressing room, bathroom, toilet and balcony in front. Guest access 100% AUTONOMOUS INCOME Other things to note We are responsible hosts, who are available 24 hours for our guests. We are flexible with check-in and check-out times. We only charge an extra $15 when the deposit is after 9pm or $30 when it is after 00hs. They are paid when entering in cash
