The space Upon exiting the elevator on the 7th floor, you will enter a private hallway to access the apartment. The apartment fully equipped and ready to enjoy. Wifi access. The lodging has a pleasant living room, including a sofa bed with two detachable beds to accommodate two additional guests and a spacius closet. Dining table with 4 chairs. 50-inch Smart TV, with Flow and Netflix. This room has hot/cold air conditioning. Curtains and blackout blinds. Open concept kitchen-living room design. Fully equipped, including a washing and drying machine, refrigerator, microwave, multi-pod coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle. It also has all the utensils for cooking and cutlery necessary for 4 people. The cozy bedroom has a king-sized bed (5’8”x6’5”/1,80x2mts) and a 40-inch smart TV. Hot/cold air conditioning. The apartment can be entered either by stairs or an elevator, using an electronic key. Guests can access the pool and sunbathing area to enjoy a relaxing time on the comfortable loungers. Other things to note Upon confirming your reservation, you agree to comply with the stay rules. The apartment is located in a residential family building. Music and loud noises are not allowed after 10:00 PM. We highly appreciate an eco-friendly stay. Please turn off lights and air conditioning whenever you leave, and be mindful of water usage. Smoking is prohibited. Avoid stains on sheets and towels, such as makeup or beverages like coffee; as replacements will be necessary, and additional charges will apply as compensation for damages. There is an additional charge of 50 USD for the loss of keys. For extended stays (over 10 days), we require adding cleaning service at least once midway through the length of your reservation. For longer stays, at least one service every 10 days.
