This beautiful 45m2 apartment is located in the heart of Palermo, in an area known as "Palermo Hollywood", full of cafes, pubs, and with a huge variety of restaurants nearby. It may not be the quietest neighborhood in town, but it's definitely the funniest. The apartment is located in the first floor, with a balcony to the street, and has a beautiful pool, grill, laundry room with chips, small gym, proximity of parks and 50 meters of an Ecobike Station. The space The accommodation is spacious and has everything you need in a great atmosphere. On the one hand, large bed, TV and balcony; modern table and chairs; and separated by a bar, is the kitchen that is fully equipped. Full bathroom. High speed WIFI connection.
