From this perfectly located accommodation, enjoy having access to everything. With all the comforts of a hotel and the freedom of being at home. Beautiful apartment designed for an intimate and independent stay. The pool is available from 30/11 onwards. The building has a laundry room, sauna, pool, conference room, gym, and 24-hour security. Check-in: From 3:00 pm onwards. Check-out: 11:00 am. We have a masterlock system for independent entry. The space The accommodation features WiFi, TV, hot water, a fully equipped kitchen, towels and sheets for 2 people, a full bathroom, and a masterlock for independent entry. Guest access • Amenities: These are exclusively for guests' use during the times established by the building. If guests have visitors, these spaces are off-limits to them. • Pool: The pool will be available only between November and March. (Depending on the building administration, consult) After using the pool, please ensure you are dry and appropriately dressed as per the building's administration. Eating or drinking around or inside the pool is PROHIBITED. • Laundry and Conference Room: Upon confirmation of your reservation, you will receive instructions on how to make a reservation. It's important to note that for laundry use: You must provide your own detergent and fabric softener. You must acquire tokens on your own, available at the following locations: Charcas 4780 - Paraguay 4688 - Borges 2488 - Paraguay 4730 - Godoy Cruz 2825 - Armenia 2248 - Paraguay 4353 In both cases, you must request the key from the security team at the building's entrance. BUILDING RULES The elevator has a capacity of up to 4 people. Respect quiet hours, including weekends. Cigarette disposal from the balcony is prohibited. AMENITIES HOURS Pool: Monday to Sunday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Gym: Monday to Sunday from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM Sauna: Monday to Sunday from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM Conference Room: Monday to Sunday from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM Other things to note Cleaning service is mandatory for all guests and is conducted every 7 days. Monthly stays do not include changing linens during the cleaning service (2 sets of sheets will be provided, and guests are responsible for laundering them). No smoking: Any traces of smoke odor inside the apartment will result in a penalty equivalent to USD 100 for each night of the total reservation. Visitors: Guests may invite up to 2 people into the apartment, but the use of the building's common facilities for visitors is prohibited. Additional charges: The tenant is responsible for maintaining the property and its furnishings. Any loss or breakage will be charged at the market value on the check-out day. This includes excessive dirtiness, stains on sheets or towels from makeup, blood, or similar substances, breakage of tableware or electronic devices, loss or breakage of remote controls, mattress or pillow damage, sofa damage, furniture damage, or the loss of apartment keys. If available... Early check-in: Starting from 10:00 AM incurs 50% of the nightly rate. Late check-out: Up to 2:00 PM incurs 50% of the nightly rate
