"Industrial Style" apartment, located in Palermo Hollywood, very bright and quiet. 2 rooms, with a bathroom en suite and a covered balcony with internal grill. Located in front of a tourist spot (Mercado de las Pulgas), with a great gastronomic offer in the surroundings. A few blocks from the most trendy bars in the city. The space The apartment is located on the 8th floor against the front, which provides high brightness, peace and quiet. The layout is divided into 2 spaces: One bedroom with a double bed, hot & cold air conditioning and a spacious closet. The living room has a sofa, smart tv, air conditioning and a table with 4 chairs. The kitchen is integrated into the living room, fully equipped with microwave, electric stove, electric coffee maker, pots, pans and other kitchen utensils. The balcony (my favorite space) provide a great view full of light and green visibility. It has a wooden deck, a table with two chairs, and a grill, where you can make your own barbecue. It also has a washing machine and a tender in case you need it. The terrace is located in the 10 th floor. It has a swimming pool ,solarium and a share Grill
