This small studio is very clean, well decorated, has an amazing shower, a huge tv, AC, excellent WiFi, there is a cute terrace on the fifth floor, where you can grill great Argentine meat, or get in into the mini-pool/jacuzzi (not hot though). It’s a quiet oasis in the middle of Palermo. Apartment is at the heart of Palermo SoHo. It’s close to 3 main squares (Plaza Serrano, Armenia, and Italia). 6 blocks from the subway & 4 blocks from metro bus. Several restaurants and coffee shops near by. The space This is a special price since I have no reviews yet. :) Guest access You can use the terrace, small pool/jacuzzi style (not hot tub), the grill, and washer and dryer machine if longer than a week
