Modern studio apartment on the 19th floor with amazing views of the city. Building with 24 hours security, pool open Nov 15 to Apr 15, laundry and gym on the 31st floor. Check in: 14PM & Check out 11AM. Arrival between 20PM and midnight has a late fee of usd20. Booking from the previous day allowed to check in as early 8AM. Check in between Midnight and 8AM is NOT possible. Store Luggage : 9AM-16PM. The apartment size Bed is 180 cm by 190 cm. Feel free to contact me for further information. The space Palermo View is a cut above in more ways than one, lifting you up out of the city to the 19th floor of Palermo Uno the latest addition to the Buenos Aires skyline. Wake up every day to views across fashionable Palermo and beyond. The studio has been carefully designed and decorated to give a sense of freshness and light, with subtle colour's making it the perfect retreat after a long day or night exploring this vibrant city. The 35 sq meters Studio offers a comfortable living space with a Queen bed, 180 x190, lounge area with cream leather sofa, also equipped with a full entertainment system, Smart Tv, system WiFi. To make the best of the view the studio is designed with an ample separate kitchen opening up on to a private balcony perfect for preparing sun down cocktails and snacks to get you in the mood for a night out on the town. If you are heading out, of course you will want to look your best, which you can do in the en-suite bathroom, perfect for some self-indulgence. ............................................................................................... Guest access Pool, Gym and Sauna are exclusively for guest in the apt, not visitors allowed to use the Amenities. Gardens Ground Floor - Pool: Open from November 14 to April 15 Sky Gym on the 31 floor: 7AM TO 23PM Sauna on the 32 floor: with Reservation only Other things to note LATE IN: Please note that, if your arrival at the apartment is between 8 pm and Midnight there is a late check-in fee of US$ 20 that applies in all cases. This could be paid to our representative at the apartment and we only accept cash payments for this service. Early In: If you expect to arrive early in the day and would like immediate access to your apartment , we recommend booking the apartment for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access to your apartment till you depart.If other guests are coming or going on the same day ,check-out from the apt. is 11 am and check-in is 2 pm. I am super flexible with this. If no one needs the apt that day, it is all yours. We will discuss this when you book or check into the apartment. If you choose not to reserve, I will be glad to store your bags after 9AM The pool in the building is closed from April 15th to November 15th
