This is a modern 1BR apartment in a 5 stars building with the best location. The apartment features a balcony with swimming-pool view, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 smart TVs, cold/hot AC. 24/7 security. Linen and towels included. Update April 2025: We replaced the AC - it's brand new! The parking space is not included. Please ask for price and availability. The space The apartment has two spaces: a bedroom with a double bed, two night tables with a lamp each, a closet, a flat screen TV and a window with a blackout courtain. On the other part you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living-room with a sofa and a Smart TV, a bigger closet and a balcony with views of the swimming-pool. The WiFi connection is fast and stable. Linen and towels are provided. Brand new air conditioning - April 2025 Guest access Guests have free access to the swimming-pool*, a fitness center with a basic equipment, a meeting room, a sauna and a 24/7 security service. The building also offers barbecue facilities and a multi-purpose room that require booking. Moreover, there is a laundry and a parking space (subject to availability, please ask before booking). *The swimming-pool is open during the warm season (from November until April approximately, depending on the weather). Other things to note Check-in and check-out times may be flexible according to availabilty. Please ask. The building has 2 elevators
