This beautiful apartment located in a central Buenos Aires neighborhood is perfect for relaxing and enjoying Buenos Aires to the fullest. An area with easy access to transportation and places of interest. The space The living-dining area that faces a super bright window on a quiet back street, has tables for eating, working and holding meetings, virtual and face-to-face. The living room and bedroom have hot/cold air conditioning. The kitchen is complete with all the necessary amenities for a perfect stay, including an oven and washing machine. The master bedroom has a double bed. Full bathroom and a toilet with shower. The studio has a work table. Other things to note If you arrive early on the day of your arrival and wish to enter your apartment immediately, I recommend booking the apartment the night before to guarantee immediate access. For the starting day, if your departure is in the afternoon or evening, I recommend booking an additional night to ensure your stay until your departure . In case other guests arrive or check out on the same day, check-out will be until 10am and check-in will be at 4pm. I am very flexible with this so if no one has booked the apartment that same day, you will be able to access directly, but we will only know in the same day. If electricity consumption exceeds 350kwh per month, corresponding to an R2 category, tenants must pay the difference in kwh at the price stipulated by the service provider at the time of executing the invoice
