The space This spectacular modern 55m2 (590sqft) property is situated in the very heart of Palermo "Hollywood", a renovated area of Buenos Aires that has become the mecca for upscale young adults, artists, advertising and production executives and trendsetters. Formerly managed as a condo-hotel (Hollywood Suites and Lofts) it used to be rented for 200+ dollars per night, but since it is now managed by the owner, it is a rare find at these current prices. The area is packed with restaurants, bars, boutiques, designer shops and coffee stores, all within walking distance. Public transportation is easy: The Metrobus stop (a fast bus that runs on an exclusive lane) is just 100 metres away as well as other buslines. The Metro station is just 6 blocks away and taxis abound day and night. The loft is on the fourteenth floor of this beautiful award-winning gated building with PRIVATE SECURITY 24 HOURS A DAY. Views are magnificent and double glassed windows ensure sleep quality. Balcony with outdoor furniture Dramatic 20 feet windows and ceilings. Upstairs: Hotel quality queen size bed and closet. Bathroom with bidet and tub. On the roof terrace, you can enjoy a wonderful swimming pool with panoramic views of the city, a sundeck, a gym and sauna. Services included in rate: Air conditioning (warm/cold) Broadband internet with wifi Cable TV Utilities and taxes Weekly cleanup for stays 12 days or longer. The building has a coin-op laundry in the basement. Check-in time: 2pm-8pm (earlier subject to availability at an extra $20 cost). Check-out time: 11 am (later subject to availability at an extra $20 cost). 5 night minimum stay. Please note this is a non smoking property. You can only smoke in the balcony, otherwise a $100 cleaning fee will be added to remove cigarette odour. No parties or pets allowed. You will absolutely love this place!
