Charming and cozy Studio, very bright on the 7th floor, very tastefully decorated, fully equipped, quality tableware and bedding. It has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and is very well located connected by public transport, in a safe and beautiful neighborhood. FULLY EQUIPPED: refrigerator with freezer, smart TV, fast WiFi, stove, oven and microwave, coffee maker, toaster and electric juicer, air conditioning cold/heat. The space (Please read the "HOUSE RULES" section to agree in advance and avoid inconveniences! Thank you.) The studio apartment is modern in style with a French air and with the right warmth to make it beautiful and comfortable. Guest access Laura or Cecilia will be ready to inform you of the check-in process according to the time you arrive! We'll be there in person until 8:00 pm. After that time, we'll give you a key drop-off place nearby! Other things to note The pool is kept clean all year round, so it's nice even in the spring to get to the terrace and maybe have a vermouth! In summer it is a pleasure to go up, sunbathe, cool off in the pool and it is even possible to swim its entire length!
