On the first floor, the laundry room, a gym, sauna and jacuzzi are available. Juan, the host, will always be available to best assist any questions and needs of his guests during their stay. The space This apartment has a spacious living room with integrated kitchen, a bar with sidewalks to eat, refrigerator with freezer, electric oven, toaster, coffee maker and full crockery. the living room is ample and bright. Its large windows offer a panoramic view of Palermo. The terrace balcony has tables and chairs. Full bathroom and has a bathtub. Bedroom has one Queen size bed and roller black-out curtains. The apartment's location is perfect as it facilitates access to all the city's tourist attractions. In addition, Palermo is a shopping and gastronomic center with the greatest variety of proposals of the city. Guest access Guests can use the building garden, outdoor pool, grill, gym, sauna and jacuzzi. For laundry it can be used but it has an extra cost although we always leave a courtesy card for new guests. For the use of the sauna, jacuzzi and grill, the building manager must be consulted
