Wonderful studio apartment, located in the best residential area of Palermo neighborhood, Bs As. Feel like home & relax in it's peacefull private patio! Fully equipped prepared specially for long stays with a double bed and a sofa bed, SMART TV with netflix and cable, WiFi (600 MB), bathroom and a full kitchen and A/C (warm and cool function). The building has a grill sector with a multipurpose room and laundry on the top floor. The space Beruti 4400 (and Oro). The studio is in a quiet street and has security 24 hours. Very well equipped and prepared for long stays, with wardrobe, desk with two chairs, sofa bed, chairs and table to relax in the patio. The kitchen is equipped with fridge w/ freezer, oven w/ cooktop, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and all kitchen utensils. Full bathroom with bathtub and bidet. In my place I will try to have everything you might need already there, but if you have any special request or need just let me know and I will try to help you. The rate includes: sheets and towels, all services: Wifi 600 MB, cable, expenses, electricity (por long stays there is a limit of USD 30 per month) Guest access The building has a grill sector with a multipurpose room and laundry on the top floor.
