A shared house in the heart of Palermo, with 8 private rooms with double bed, outside window and air conditioning!, to live the co-living experience with young students from all over the world. Fully equipped and furnished house, ready to live for monthly stays, with all amenities included. Ideal for exchange students, unbeatable location in the Alto Palermo area, and everything designed to live comfortably and study quietly. The space On the ground floor there is 1 room, also 1 full and shared bathroom and another toilet. Also a giant kitchen with dining room, fully equipped with all items available to use. And a living room with armchairs and TV. On the second floor, there are 3 other private rooms (this one, for example). The room has air conditioning, outdoor window and double bed. Also a small covered internal patio, but with natural light. Upstairs, there are 4 more bedrooms, another studio space, another 2 full bathrooms, and a very large terrace with sun, shade, chairs, table and grill. Guest access Each guest will have their own access key to the house and their private room. In your room you have a double bed, with all the corresponding bedding, light table, placard, desk with chair and light, and outside window. Y Aire Conditionado! In the common spaces, it has a dining room, living room, 5 full and shared bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, with 2 ice creamers, oven, microwave, turkey, utensils, pots, and everything you need. Also a washing machine and cleaning products are available. Large bath towels are not included. For hygiene reasons, those towels are the responsibility and property of each guest. We only provide a “hand” towel in every bathroom. But NO towels are provided to every guest. Other things to note Includes cleaning staff, 2 or 3 times per week. And you also have maintenance personnel, for any inconvenience that may arise. In some common spaces, such as the door of the house and the terrace, there is a security camera, which is accessed by the manager, to take care of the house and the guests
