The space The apartment is located in the quiet and picturesque neighborhood of Caballito, a few blocks from a major shopping mall and the accesses that will take you in minutes to the most popular neighborhoods (Buses - Subway A and B). 20 minutes by subway to Microcentro. The apartment is located on a street with the possibility of free parking. It is a very quiet neighborhood of predominantly low houses. It is a family neighborhood with many alternatives to have fun, and bars to have a few drinks, as it is just a block and a half from the beautiful Av. Pedro Goyena. The building is only 2 floors, so it's super quiet, with access only by stairs. Guest access Living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with balcony.
