One bedroom sunny and modern flat. Spacious living room and fully furnished kitchen. Natural light coming from the great balcony. The apartment has a nice view fm the balcony. You will have access to the beautiful pool, gym and Sauna. Excellent WIFI for working. LOCATION: In a charming neighborhood next to the river and filled with wonderful cafes, bars and restaurants. Central Air conditioner cool and heat. Smart TV The space we already requested the airbnb profesioanl pictures. waiting for them! soon new pics! Check in/out is flexible. Could be before 10 am, noontime or after 5 pm. In case you need a check in /out in another time (2 am /3 am 4 am etc) let me know prior your arrival so I can arrange a person that looks for you at the airport and he can give you the keys for a self check in / out. Guest access Full acces to all the house and flat amenities Other things to note Let us know if you need transportation from the airport. Also if you want to have some local experiences like a trip inside tigre island, Tango, wine, soccer tickets etc. Let us know if you want any transfer from the airport as well as live local experiences such as going to the island of Tigre by boat, tango, wine tasting, tickets to watch football, etc
