Charming 2-room apartment, very bright, perfect combination of modern comfort, (appliances and brand new furniture), inviting you to enjoy the city. En-suite bedroom with a double bed. Sofa bed in the living room. Equipped kitchen. TV, WIFI and full bathroom, bed linens and towels. Located in the Recoleta neighborhood, 4 blocks from two Metro lines. A few meters from Av. Santa Fe, two blocks from El Ateneo Bookstore. Close to all transportation. The space The apartment has WIFI service, High Speed Internet,TV and Air Conditioning. The whole home has blackout curtains. Linens and towels. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, microwave oven, electric pava, Nespresso coffee machine and dinnerware for 4 people. The living room has a bar where you can have breakfast or work; box spring / bed for the third guest and a table for four people. TV and air conditioning are located in this space. Placard with storage space. The master bedroom features a double bed, a spacious placard (wall to wall) for storage from clothes to suitcases. Heating plate. Full bathroom with a bathtub and a shower. I practice tending on the bathtub. Hair Dryer The price includes all expenses.
