It’s located in a 6 floor full of light with huge windows and a hot&cold split Air Conditioner; in a building with amenities w/ swimming pool, and common areas in the terrace of the building. The space MINIMUM STAY: 4 NIGHTS SIZE OF THE APARTMENT: 48 m² CHECK IN AVAILABLE 24/7. During the day we will be happy to receive you in the apartment, and during the night you will need to pick up the keys on your way to the apartment . APARTMENT FEATURES • Hot & Cold split Air Conditioner • Smart 32' LCD, so you can log in to your streaming platform (no local TV). • Wifi 100 Mbps • Kitchen with microwave, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, glasses, and all cooking utensils. • Refrigerator • Queen size bed • Modern Bathroomm Note: Hot water (Agua caliente): Tener en cuenta que el termotanque es electrico, el agua caliente dura aproximadamente 15 min.
