You will enjoy a comfortable Studio, quiet and luminous, with a beautiful balcony. You will have a desk to work/study; the kitchen with washing machine and a complete bathroom is part of the place too. According to amount of guests, one queen bed or 2 single beds will be placed (in case of only one guest, single bed). An open view with air and light on a tenth floor: far from everything, in the middle of the city (near Av. Santa Fe, Av 9deJulio, Av Alvear, Teatro Colon, Subway D, Recoleta spots) The space This bright studio apartment is equipped with a double bed or two single beds. If one person is staying, the single bed will be set up. There is a 42" TV in front of the bed, and it has the well-known platforms so you can load your data and watch whatever you want. It has air conditioning and underfloor heating (central heating), so you will always be at the desired temperature. The bathroom has a bathtub, toilet and storage space (the bidet only works partially). The kitchen has a fridge with freezer (large), microwave, small oven and 2 gas burners, water heater to regulate hot water, electric kettle, coffee machine and a toaster. There is a bar that divides the kitchen and the dining room where you can eat or have breakfast/snacks sitting comfortably on the high stools. You will have a privileged view! The apartment has a washing machine (no dryer) but there is a clothesline on the balcony. In the living room area, there is a sofa (which converts into a bed) and a desk with two comfortable chairs. There is a closet with space to hang and store clothes. You access this lovely apartment via elevator to the 10th floor. (The balcony has no additional protection). We hope you enjoy it and feel at home! Guest access You can use the entire apartment, including the balcony. Other things to note DOCUMENTS: Once the booking is confirmed, you will be asked for a photo/scan of your ID card/passport/ID. We accept a maximum of 3 people-as long as they are included in the reservation. We do not accept bookings for third parties (at least one of the guests who books must be staying). SCHEDULE: Check-in time is flexible FROM 3pm on the day of your booking until 11pm. Check-out time is between 8am and 10am. We are happy to accommodate you at any time outside of these hours, subject to availability. This may incur an additional charge equivalent to an extra night's stay, per request. Please consult us before confirming your booking if your schedule is not the usual one CLEANING/SHEETS/TOWELS: A set of sheets is provided (for bookings of 2 people in a double bed or 2 single beds, or in a single bed in the case of one person). For stays longer than 15 days, the mandatory cleaning protocol will be activated (which includes a change of sheets and towels) - the cost is payable by the guest and will be paid in advance on the platform (send me a message and I will send you the link with the changeover dates and final cost). For shorter stays, guests will be provided with one set of towels (one large and one small) per person/per stay. PROHIBITIONS: Smoking is prohibited in any part of the apartment and the building (only on the street). Filming, parties, work or sexual exploitation are not permitted. The fine for any of these offences is $1.000, payable by the platform. The apartment is for holiday or leisure use. The building has cameras at the entrance and in common areas.
