Brand new with a separate entrance, very bright, warm and modern, to make you feel at home. The studio is very complete, it has a table and 2 chairs, equipped kitchen, TV (no cable) but with HDMI and Chromescat entry to watch Netflix, WIFI, air conditioning (hot/cold), it also has heating with radiant dishwasher. 2-seater bed, 2 light and antique dresser. The bathroom has very good water pressure in the shower. The space The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking for 2 people: with electric stove, microwave, electric kettle, French press coffee maker, cups, glasses, wine glasses, plates, cutlery, kitchen battery, etc. You will also be able to enjoy: yerba, coffee, tea, mascabo sugar, an exquisite olive oil, balsamic accept, salt, pepper, etc. There is no oven. The design of the house was considered from the context and sustainability, both energy and water saving. It has a rain water collection system with a cistern tank that is used for irrigation and toilet backpacks. To have a historic mark of the 1940s railway house and the neighborhood, we preserve the dishwasher with its traditional vaults, exposed irons and facade painting the white brick; which inspired us to design the rest of the house modernizing the industrial and simple aesthetic, with the use of austere materials. Guest access The monoambiente has its independent entrance from the street, and is part of the house where we (Vero, Bruno and Oli) live, which we can help you with whatever you need. No common or shared areas
