My house is a typical Buenos Aires chorizo house, it has two side patios with plants, with tables to share a delicious meal or sit and read in the sun. I rent 4 very comfortable rooms. It is a quiet and peaceful place in the middle of the city. The kitchen and bathroom are shared. The house is close to the subway and many bus lines pass through the area. It is a residential neighborhood of low houses and is very well located. The space You will find a house with a special architecture typical of Buenos Aires houses from the 1920s. Its patios full of plants transform it into an oasis in the middle of the city. Please note that to access the rooms you have to climb 1 flight of stairs. Guest access The common areas are kitchen, bathroom, patios and entrance hall with armchairs. During your stay I have my workshop and work office at home, I work there for several days. I live in the house, I am available most of the time to help with anything you need. Other things to note At Casa Abundancia I live with Mollo and Tita, my two cats who are very affectionate.
