New, modern and functional apartment, ideal for a comfortable stay in the heart of Buenos Aires. Located on Sarmiento Street, 1 block from Florida Street, in the heart of the Microcentro. Steps from Av. Corrientes, the Obelisk, theaters, cafes, and bars. With the subway and buses nearby, you can walk around the city or easily get to any neighborhood. It has a new and spacious bathroom, Smart TV, air conditioning (hot/cold) and everything you need for your comfort. The space This new apartment combines comfort and practicality so you can make the most of your stay in Buenos Aires. Access is via an electronic lock, which allows for easy and secure check-in. It has a 140 cm double bed with bed linen included, and a desk ideal for working remotely. The kitchen, compact but practical, is equipped with a microwave, minibar, electric kettle, toaster and coffee maker, perfect for preparing a breakfast or something quick. The bathroom is new and spacious, with a comfortable shower, hot water and toiletries included. In the building you can enjoy a shared patio with tables and chairs, perfect for relaxing, and a space to store luggage available if you need it before check-in or after check-out. Guest access The building has security cameras at the entrance and common sectors. Other things to note We are happy to welcome you and want to make your stay as comfortable as possible! Check-in time is between 3:00 pm and 9:00 pm, and check-out must be done by 10:00 am. If you need to check in earlier or check out a little later, you can write to us and we'll be happy to see if it's available. These options are confirmed 24 hours in advance. Please note that check-ins after 9:00 pm are self check-ins only. If you prefer to secure an early check-in or a late check-out, you can book them as an additional service. Upon arrival you will find basic provisions to make you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. The replacement of these items during the stay is the responsibility of the guest. Cleaning during your stay or changing sheets and towels is not included, but if you wish, we can arrange an extra service so you can enjoy your time here even more.
