Enjoy Buenos Aires from a modern 8th-floor apartment. This urban retreat is perfect for travelers looking to explore everything that Buenos Aires has to offer. The building features a rooftop pool on the 19th floor, ideal for relaxing while admiring panoramic views of the city skyline (open from October 1 to March 21). Guests have the option to park their vehicles in private parking lots conveniently located right across the street and at the corner of the block (extra cost applies). The space The apartment is designed for a comfortable and practical stay: ✅ Fully equipped kitchen with mini fridge, electric cooktop, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, dishes and utensils. ✅ Bathroom with bathtub, hairdryer, towels, linens, and complimentary toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothpaste). ✅ High-speed Wi-Fi and Smart TV with Chromecast (no cable tv) so you can enjoy your favorite shows. Guest access 👉 Access to the laundry facilities in the basement (washer and dryer available with tokens and by appointment, ask at the front desk). 👉 The rooftop pool is open October 21 to March 21, Tuesday to Sunday from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM (closed on Mondays for maintenance). Other things to note To ensure everyone’s rest, quiet hours are observed in the building as follows, please refrain from making any excessive noise: ⚠️ Monday to Friday: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM. ⚠️ Saturdays: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM – 10:00 AM. ⚠️ Sundays: 1:00 PM – 8:00 AM (Monday)
