This unique apartment has open views and outdoor spaces in the heart of historic San Telmo. There is a large living room with a balcony, comfortable couch and a smart TV, and a dining area with views of downtown BA. Kitchen is new with all needed appliances, washing machine, and no-frost fridge. There is a bright one large bedroom with queen bed and private balcony, and a separate working area with windows. Only for 2 people. We are open to short term monthly rental at a discounted rate - PM. The space Every room in the apartment has windows with views and natural light. The apartment is located in a quiet building with elevator and part-time super. Guest access Apartment is for exclusive use of guests. Other things to note This is our home in Buenos Aires and we would like to rent it to a responsible person or couple for a few months while we are away. High speed wifi is included as well as water and basic electric expenses. AC and heating come from newly installed inverter units
