Beautiful studio located in the heart of San Telmo. The space offers a bright room, private bathroom and a serene climate, designed to rest, write, work or simply enjoy the city from a place with identity. The house retains the spirit of the neighborhood: old architecture, original details and a warm atmosphere. It is an ideal option for those looking for an authentic experience in Buenos Aires, away from the impersonal, but with all the necessary amenities. The space The studio This is a private studio inside my house, a typical 200 m² San Telmo building, with all the charm of period architecture. It is comfortable, quiet and with attention to detail, ideal for resting, working or simply living the neighborhood life. The studio has a separate entrance and private bathroom and is located on the top floor, which gives it very good privacy. Access is via a courtyard full of plants, a small indoor oasis. The house My partner and I live here, along with three feline hosts, respectful and affectionate with visitors: Yana, Pepe and Kuro. We can share the kitchen, although the studio has a microwave and basic items to prepare breakfasts or light meals. The house has a beautiful dance hall, independent of the rest of the house, which guests can access by agreeing on schedules. If you're interested, I also offer tango classes, although it's not a requirement to stay here. The setting The house offers a serene and homey climate, ideal for those who enjoy houses with life and respect for calm. At the same time, we are surrounded by bars and restaurants, with multiple gastronomic and cultural proposals, and a location with unbeatable access to the rest of the city.
