Brand new gorgeous loft in newly-renovated historic boutique building dedicated to temporary housing. Unique opportunity of high value for money, as we accumulate our first reviews and finish furnishing the bar and the terrace. Ideal for digital nomads looking for medium-term stays in BA. Only 7 apartments, a beautiful central patio already furnished for outdoor dining, a beautiful facade and a wide sidewalk. Amazing location on cobblestone street in safe and cool area, near San Telmo market! The space The loft is in the first floor. It has a nice living-dining area with high ceilings, a nice-looking kitchenette, and a 1/2 bathroom in the main level. Above the bathroom and kitchnette there is a bedroom that overlooks the dining-living area and an adjacent full bathroom with hydomassage. The space has lots of light and air from three large windows that look to a lovely San Telmo cobbled-stone street. Access to the apartment by the main staircase. The loft is nicely equipped, with fast internet, AC, heating and brand new kitchen appliances. Apartments not great for three adults for long stays, we only allow this for short stays
