We hope you enjoy your time in this amazing space to the fullest! Other things to note RULES of the house 1. The property is located in a residential area. Noises that may bother neighbors are not allowed. (Quiet hours after 11 pm) 2. Do not flush toilet paper, sanitary napkins, etc. down the toilet 3. No more than 2 people can be invited, no parties and/or events can be held. Failure to comply with this rule is subject to cancellation of the reservation without a refund. (Talk to the appropriate person if you want to organize something in the apartment and we will consider the request) 4. Always turn off lights and electrical equipment before leaving the apartment (air conditioning, fans, washing machine, TV.). 5. Check-in is after 3 pm and check-out is before 11 am. We cordially offer flexibility in these times in case there are no other guests checking in or out. If you want to guarantee your early check-in or late check-out, you can pay 50% of a daily rate to book the property for your use; 6. For each reservation we provide 1 set of bed linen with blankets for each bed and 1 set of bath linen per guest. Bed linen and bathroom linen change service can be requested and paid for separately. Our bed and bath linens are in perfect condition - please let us know if you find any in poor condition so we can change them / Do not use the bath towel on the beach or pool / Be careful with products that can damage them (especially makeup and sunscreen), as they can be charged to your security deposit. 7. We provide 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and 1 garbage bag per garbage can in the apartment. If you need more, all apartments are close to a market to buy. 8. Anything that is broken during the stay will be paid for by the tenant through the app. 9. Cooking is fine, but please leave everything clean and organized 10. Out of respect for the neighbors, please check twice that the elevator is properly closed, if it is not manual. And do not overload the elevators. Look at the number of people allowed and comply with it. Suitcases count as 1 person. Enjoy your stay and have fun! Feel at home and take care of the property as if it were your own!
