Relax in this quiet and cozy space in the heart of Olivos. You will be close to everything, shopping malls, tourist places and you will also have great accessibility. It is located on one of the neighborhood's main avenues, so if you come by car and need private parking, you can request it at the time of booking. We'll be very happy to welcome you and help you during your stay! The space The apartment has a separate kitchen for convenience. It has two balconies to appreciate the views of the Olivos neighborhood and also to provide constant air circulation. However, the apartment has air conditioning. On the other hand, you will have a dedicated area to enjoy watching TV as we have a living space to relax. The TV has Chrome Cast so you can watch your favorite streaming platforms. We have a space as a dining room and also an exclusive area for the washing machine. Finally, the bedroom area has a piece of furniture for storing clothes so that you can be comfortable during your stay. Guest access The building does not have common areas that can be used. Access is provided only to the property. Other things to note We currently do not have the necessary amenities to accommodate infants, children, or pets
