I lived a super comfortable experience in this nice apartment equipped ideal for a family of up to 5 people or for group of 4 friends. It is a 2 rooms, with a room, a dining room with living room, sunny balcony, independent kitchen, a bathroom and laundry room. It has a double bed in the main room, with air conditioning. Plus two single sofa beds in the living room. The baby bed is also available, upon request. And it's incredibly well located! The space The apartment is on the 5th floor in a very family-friendly building. Accessed by elevator. There is a dining room with 4 chairs, a living room with 2 armchairs that turn into 2 twin beds, for adults or children, no problem. There is a cable TV there, and cold/heat electric heating. From there you access a spacious west facing balcony with direct sunshine and sunset view. There is a double room, with a queen-size bed, air conditioning and 2 large placares. There is also a fully-equipped kitchen, with gas oven, large refrigerator, electric oven, microwave, pava, and all utensils and items needed. In addition, there is a full bath, with bidet and bathtub. And a utility room with a washer and tender. Guest access All guests can access all the spaces and amenities available inside the apartment. Free use of the kitchen, laundry room, balcony... everything
