The Loft is part of a nearly century-old house that has been refurbished and has all the necessary amenities for pleasant stays. It has a large window facing the street and is very bright. Safety is optimal as it is located on a very quiet street of family homes with very little traffic. The apartment is located 200 meters from the Dorrego station of Subway B and just 300 meters from the Movistar Arena Stadium. NOTICE: An elevated train passes very close to the house. The space The loft has an important window on the street and is very bright. It has on the ground floor with a dining room with a private bathroom complete with bidet, kichenette with a gas anafe, refrigerator, microwave and electric pava.
