The apartment is located in a charming setting and only 8 blocks from Plaza Serrano with all the movement this implies. Top branded clothing outlets are just around the corner as well as quieter bars and cafes. The space The place The apartment is a super bright studio environment where you can enjoy the balcony during the spring/ summer days. It has a double bed with the option to convert into two single beds, plus the sofa bed, which makes the 3rd bed. Excellently equipped with everything you need for your stay in the city: coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, towel heater, iron, dryer, air conditioning, hair dryer, etc. Available for guests The building has a swimming pool with comfortable lounge chairs for exclusive use by owners/ tenants. At an additional cost you can enjoy the two barbecues with tables and chairs for 8/10 people and the spacious sum reserved for parties that has its own kitchen and toilets for guests. The pool room and mini cinema, which is located on the first floor of the sum, can also be used, as long as the sum is empty. Guest service Full availability in case you need my presence to resolve any issues. Other things to note We leave an UPSTAIRS card to be able to use during the stay and in case guests want some groceries beforehand, such as tea, coffee, mineral water, milk etc. They ask us for it and we will gladly leave it in the apartment so that they have it when they arrive, with a replacement cost.
