The place is at your complete disposal, whatever you're staying for business or just passing by to visit the city. You're welcome, take care of it! The space Provided with soundproof walls and blackout curtains, you are welcome to relax and enjoy your privacy in a strategic area of the city. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils. Across the street, there is a supermarket. Guest access The amenities can be use only by registered guests. Extra guests are not allowed. Parties are not allowed. - GYM: from 7 am till 23 pm. - LAUNDRY. Tokens to use the washer and dryer are purchased at the building. - SWIMMING POOL: Since 1st November till 31th March. From 9 am till 21 pm. - PLAYROOM: Pool table & ping-pong. From 9 am till 21 pm. - BARBECUE: Only with previous reservation. Additional charge. - SUM: Only with previous reservation. Additional charge. Other things to note Before the check-in day, it will be necessary to register the complete information of the guests. The same will be provided to the security staff of the building in order to authorize the access. Once your booking is confirmed, we will provide a document with the rules of coexistence according the building polices, and COVID-19 compliance form. At the check-in, guests must give a signed copy of it to the security staff and present the Passport/ID. We suggest traveling with a universal power adapter to be able to connect your electronic devices
