A shared house in the heart of Palermo, with 7 private rooms with a double bed, outside window, to live the co-living experience with young students from all over the world. Fully equipped and furnished house, ready to live for monthly stays, with all amenities included. Ideal for exchange students and digital nomads, unbeatable location in Palermo, and everything designed to live comfortable and study quiet. The space On the ground floor there are 3 rooms (for example), also a full and shared bathroom. Also a giant kitchen with dining room, fully equipped with all items available to use. On the top floor, there are 4 more private rooms. The bedroom has a private full bathroom, exterior window and double bed. Also a living room and studios, with desks, armchairs and a window where you can enter a lot of light and air. In addition, there is a semi-covered terrace, with laundry room, table, grill and outdoor space to be comfortable. Guest access Each guest will have their own access key to the house and their private room. In your room you have a double bed, with all the corresponding bedding, light table, placard, desk with chair and light, and outside window. It also includes a fan and electric heating. In the common spaces, it has a dining room, living room, 1 full and shared bathrooms, an equipped and complete kitchen, with 2 refrigerators, an oven, microwave, bread, utensils, pots, and everything you need. Also a washing machine and cleaning products are available. Large bath towels are not included. For hygiene reasons, those towels are the responsibility and property of each guest. We only provide a “hand” towel in every bathroom. But NO towels are provided to every guest. During your stay We are a family that managed 8 years ago houses for students. There is an entire team that, although we do not live in the house, we are permanently available for whatever is needed. Other things to note Includes cleaning staff, 2 or 3 times per week.
