It is a very bright modern loft with a large 3-meter-high double-glazed airtight window with black-out and only 5 blocks from the metro (subway). The loft is new, the place is quiet and has the necessary amenities to be able to rest quietly. The area is in the geographical center of Buenos Aires, which makes it attractive when it comes to visiting different points. A few blocks away is Palermo Soho (Plaza Cortázar), an important tourist area. It's ideal for young people. It has a large closet, 32" Led TV with cable video, high-speed WiFi network, and hot/cold air conditioning. The apartment is on the 1st floor by stairs. Guest access Guests will have access to the house's terrace on the 3rd floor by stairs that has a washing sink and clothesline for hanging clothes. Other things to note The apartment is ideal for small groups of up to 4 young people as they enjoy its loft style on two floors. The maximum stay is 100 days but can be extended. NOT RENTED AS PERMANENT HOUSING
