Accessible neighborhood surrounded by bus lines and a few blocks from the subway. Guest access Listing is accessed by staircase. The common spaces are a kitchen, a living room with a balcony on the street , a terrace and a grill. During your stay I will be available if guests need to check something out and advise places to visit. I also respect privacy so as not to disturb. Other things to note Please note that there is currently construction on the block where the property is located and there may be some external noises typical of construction that we cannot avoid
