The place has a charming energy, you will feel at home. It is located on one of the most exclusive residential avenues in the city, nice and safe, two blocks from a complete commercial area, and the subway that connects you with the entire city. There is an alternative bus. It's surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets, greengrocers, and fairs. Three blocks away is a trendy gastronomic hub. The space Super bright, modern, comfortable apartment with beautiful views and all the amenities. Excellent WIFI. The beds and furnishings are new. New furniture. Spacious, clean and sanitized daily. You have access to all the elements for cooking, refrigerator, etc. During your stay I'm Fernando , I'm 38 years old and I live with my girlfriend and our lovely cat. We love travelling and we know what the travellers needs are, thats why we will be willing to help to our guests with their needs, advices and information on how to move around the city in a cheap and secure way
