Live like a local!!! Clean and sunny room with two bathroom; 10 minutes taxi from trenty Palermo Hollywood, close to the traditional Belgrano (China Town), Colegiales and Urquiza neighborhoods, 40 minutes to city center by subway; easy access to public transportation. Close to everything you need: BBQs, pizzerias, restaurants, bars, wineries, breweries, supermarkets, bakeries, churches, pharmacies, gym, yoga, fitness boot camp, discoteque and parks. The space The space is super bright with excellent ventilation, natural light all day. The apartment has lots of natural light and good ventilation throughout the day. Guest access The apartment is for guests to use them, except for my room. You are welcome to the entire apartment, except for my room. During your stay I will ensure that your stay meets your expectations, is an entertaining, safe, and memorable experience. You will always be advised on getting around the city. I will be available for you to make your stay fun, safe, and memorable. I can give you advice on good places to visit and how best to move around the city. Other things to note SAFETY: Federal or Metropolitan Police Guard in the area - Security cameras - Building entrance view through TV inside my room. Building Manager – Electric Doorman – Smoke Detector - CO (Carbon Monoxide) - Key at the door of the room - First aid kit - Fire extinguisher in all building paliers.
