Here is more details: Location: Our apartment is located just 300 meters from the metro station "Juan Manuel de Rosas" (Line B), which facilitates access to the city's sights. The space The apartment consists of two newly painted and arranged rooms, perfect for two people studying or working during your stay. We offer a double bed with clean sheets and bedspreads. Amenities: Kitchen equipped with tableware and basic utensils, refrigerator with freezer, oven and microwave. Wi-Fi connection. Biweekly cleaning with a change of linens. (It can be an additional cost of 3000 Argentine pesos per week.) Guest access Important considerations: To maintain a harmonious and respectful environment in the building, it is essential to be kind to the neighbors and avoid annoying noises inside the apartment. We also ask our guest to follow the rules of coexistence that are sent when entering the apartment. Other things to note Environmental care: We value sustainability and environmental responsibility.
