Enjoy this quiet accommodation in Villa Urquiza, CABA. It is a one-bedroom apartment with a children's bed in the living room. It is in front, so it has great natural light and a beautiful view of the avenue. Nearby to the apartment there is a great gastronomic and commercial area. The metro station is at 800 meters and the train station at 700 meters. There are many buses that take you to different parts in the city. It has garage for small car. The space Kitchen: Equipped with oven, stove, microwave. ALL ELECTRIC Front-loading washing machine in the kitchen. Table: With four chairs to eat Living room: 4 chairs and a sofa/bed for children. This space does NOT have curtains to achieve total darkness. Bedroom: a double bed, curtains and an opening window overlooking the street. Bathroom: with shower (even without shower cabin), the floor gets wet. The apartment is accessed by elevator or stairs. Guest access The building has a terrace with deckchairs/sun loungers with a nice view. Also on the top floor there is an industrial washing machine (for a fee) Remember that the apartment has its own washing machine.
