I lived in this apartment, it will be a complete and perfect experience. It is a very spacious, bright and very well located home, ideal for living several months working or studying from here. They are 3 large rooms, more kitchen, laundry room, desk and balcony, all equipped with all the furniture, appliances and elements to live super well. It also has a pool! You will be in a very comfortable and busy commercial and family area, close to Palermo and Recoleta. The space The apartment has two bedrooms, a dining room, living room, a work area, a kitchen with daily dining room and laundry room, and a balcony of its own. It also has a shared terrace where you have a pool open to the sun, bathroom, outdoor shower, multi-use living room with kitchen, and another spacious balcony with large grill. ►Room 1: Queen double bed, placards, hangers, light tables, smart TV, bedding Air conditioning. The common living room on the terrace is also accessed by elevator, and there are only a few steps to enter the pool. These common spaces on the terrace are shared with other neighbors in the building. They are available, with certain rules of coexistence. The use of the living room and grill is with advance notice and reservation, and has an "extra body for cleaning".
