This 6th-floor apartment is centrally located in the "Belgrano R" neighborhood of Buenos Aires. Gates, building doors, and a doorman secure the apartment building for added calm. Belgrano is a safe, well-maintained and historic upper-middle-class neighborhood. The heart of the barrio pulses with life on its main thoroughfare, Avenida Cabildo - the subway Line D follows its route. Many charming cafes, markets, and parks surround the condo, with a plethora of activities within a short walk.
