Our loft recycled and brand new fully equipped located in a historical building at SAn Telmo Neighborhood . Silence and quiet environment. overlooking internal garden, private entrance. groundfloor TV 43''HD. Netflix Split and heat. Wifi. 2 twin beds (option king size) and two spacious and comfortable new sofa bed. Complete bathroom with bathtub . Brand new Crockery and bed linen high quality. . All services, style and comfort for you to enjoy BA. (On 24th Dec only check in till 5 pm) Other things to note We ask our guests to accept and respect our house rules. Gatherings or events with people other than those in the reservation are not allowed without prior notice and consent from the host. Respect the quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am We have the option of handing over keys after hours for an additional cost. Check time limit / we have the option of check in out of time for an additional cost.
