This charming apartment is nestled within the historic and picturesque San Telmo district. Located on the third floor of a century-old building, it offers a unique and cozy retreat. The space features a well-appointed master bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized bed, a secondary bedroom with a single bed, and a generously sized living room. The living area is equipped with a versatile futon and a comfortable sofa, along with a dining table for your convenience. For those seeking relaxation, there's even a hammock to unwind in. The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking a breeze, and the bathroom offers both a shower and a bathtub for your comfort. This apartment provides the perfect blend of historical charm and modern comfort for your stay in San Telmo. It’s perched on the 3rd floor through marble stairs only. (No elevator available) Note: Regarding the country's context: Remember that you are arriving in a country with economic problems that are sometimes reflected in problems with public service providers and that can generate problems beyond our control. Guest access Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire apartment except the terrace. Other things to note Reservations for Christmas and New year: Check ins on Dec. 24th, 25th, 31st and Jan 1st are until 4 pm.
