Hello! I'm Victoria, the host of this beautiful, spacious and light apartment. It's located in the heart of Palermo (10 min walking from Palermo Soho). It's in the ground floor, with two green patios. Its capability is for up to 4 guests, with 1 double bedroom with patio's view, 1 single bedroom and couch. It has 1 toilet, 1 kitchen and 1 dinning/living with another patio's view. It's perfect for couples/friends that want to relax and enjoy (due to its quietness), when visiting Buenos Aires. The space The apartment is up to 4 guests. It allows guests to have a quiet and peaceful stay due to its ground floor location, and it's in the middle of the building and square. The double room has king-size bed for two persons, a wardrobe and a tiny sofa, with a view to one of the patios, and one hot and cold air conditioning. Additionally, there's another single room with a twin-size bed and a wardrobe for one person, and eventually there's place for one more person to sleep on the couch (sofa). Furthermore, there's a toilet with a shower and bath, a well-equipped kitchen and a spacious living/dining room with a view to another patio. Other things to note Please refer to the policy and regulations of cohabitation of the building. We do please ask to respect them, and the neighbours
