The street is quiet and safe, the apartment faces north and the opposite direction, making it quiet and bright. The building's elevator is (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN)ual, small but carries three people. It has Wi-Fi, cable TV, telephone, air conditioning in the living room, and fans in the bedrooms. KITCHEN: refrigerator with freezer, microwave, electric coffee maker. Tableware for four people and kitchen equipment. It has no washing machine or dishwasher, but there are laundries one block away.
