The space Bright and quiet: fourth floor (See photos and plan) Three rooms, (living room and two bedrooms). The street is quiet and safe, the apartment faces north and the opposite direction, making it quiet and bright. The building's elevator is (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN)ual, small but carries three people. It has Wi-Fi, cable TV, telephone, air conditioning in the living room, and fans in the bedrooms. KITCHEN: refrigerator with freezer, microwave, electric coffee maker. Tableware for four people and kitchen equipment. It has no washing machine or dishwasher, but there are laundries one block away. LIVING ROOM: air conditioning and cable TV, a sofa bed to accommodate another person, dimmable lights, view of the heart of the block. A table and four chairs, a mirror, a couple of paintings. BEDROOM: a single bed, a simple desk, a director's canvas chair, a work chair with wheels, some guides and travel magazines about Buenos Aires, the telephone, books in several languages and maps. To check the Internet, plan trips, write letters or simply look out the window in silence at the great heart of the apple. BEDROOM: a 35 cm high box spring and mattress, bedding, two bedside tables, ceiling fan and 24" flat screen LCD TV with cable TV, which can be taken to the living room.
